Since 2017, Cocos-BCX has developed blockchain technology consistently, having communities from all over the world. Therefore, we would like to appreciate for all the supports and contributions from Cocos-BCX communities.

On April 3, 2020, thief maliciously stole the Cocos-BCX swap wallet which occurred asset loss and malicious selling. After urgent discussions, members of the Cocos-BCX Foundation decided to take the following measures:

1. To ensure that the COCOS MainNet token swap will not be affected, the core members of the Cocos-BCX foundation will jointly establish a special fund for this incident to buy all the stolen tokens back from the market and publicize the relevant wallet addresses. We promise that users’ interests will not be affected!

2. The Cocos-BCX foundation has abandoned all the stolen wallet addresses and multiple associated addresses.

3. The Cocos-BCX Foundation has contacted the exchange and the security team to track the corresponding accounts and arranged all employees to conduct self-inspection of the wallet accounts to prevent similar incidents.

After nearly a month of working and preparation, all the works except the COCOS buyback have been completed. From now on, Cocos-BCX officially announces to conduct the 1,087,522,819.2 stolen COCOS buyback from the exchange. Besides, the progress of the COCOS buyback will be published daily in official channels from April 30, 2020.

As a technical project focusing on the next-generation game digital economy, Cocos-BCX will strive to enable small and medium-sized teams who are contributing to the ecology to obtain continuous profits. Also, we will continue to explore new marketing strategies and contribute to blockchain technology in driving the industry forward.
