Guide to Create a Cocos-BCX MainNet Account
There are three ways to register the main account of Cocos-BCX MainNet: Cocos-terminal, CocosPay and Cocos wallet (IOS/Android).
I. Rules for Account Registration
To register a basic account, just meet one of the following requirements:
- Contains numbers 0-9
2. Contains special characters”~”
3. Without the letters of a,e,i,o,u,y
II. Mode of Account Registration
There are 3 different ways to register an account: Account Mode, Wallet Mode and Key Mode.
[Account Mode]- It supports two login modes: account mode and private key mode. Please keep the account information and private key to ensure the safety of wallet.
[Wallet Mode ]- Only private key login is supported. Please back up the private key for wallet safety.
[Key Mode]- It supports Key file (.bin)login. Please back up the Key file and private key for wallet safety.
III. Cocos-Terminal
Cocos-Terminal is an integrated terminal that integrates functions such as decentralized wallet, blockchain browser, asset transaction, DApp distribution, visual design and development assistance, with modules such as statistics, smart contract management and analysis.
3.1 Registration
3.1.1 Open Cocos-Terminal
Find Cocos-Terminal on the eco-products page of the Cocos-BCX official website. (https://www.cocosbcx.io/product)
3.1.2 Register Account
There are three modes for account registration: Account Mode, Wallet Mode and Key Mode.
- Account Mode
(Note: 1. Please store it the password for it cannot be retrieved in this mode. 2. Please notice the Account name setting rules)
- Wallet Mode
Follow the prompts below to back up the wallet file after registering successfully.
- Key Mode
Please make sure you back up the private key when registering in this mode.
IV. CocosPay
CocosPay is an official Cocos-BCX browser plug-in wallet. Currently, it supports Chrome, Firefox and 360 browser.

4.1 Registration
4.1.1 open Firefox and click [Cocos-BCX logo] in the upper right corner
4.1.2 Register Account
There are two modes for registering an account in CocosPay, namely Account Mode and Wallet Mode.
- Account Mode
After registering successfully, operations such as [recharge] and [transfer] can be performed, and 0.1cocos has been received.
- Wallet Mode
After clicking Creating a New Account, remind to save the asset private key and account private key.
After registering successfully, you can explore operations such as recharge and transfer, and receive 0.1 COCOS.
V. Cocos Wallet （IOS / Android）
5.1 Download And Install Cocos Wallet
Identify the QR code below, download and install the Cocos Wallet.
5.2 Registration
5.2.1 Click [login / create account now] on the home page
5.2.2 click Register in the upper right corner
5.2.3 Register Account
- Account Mode
After the account is registered, the [asset private key] and [account private key] must be saved.
If the registration is successful, [my assets] will get 0.1 COCOS.
- Wallet Mode
The registration rules are the same as the account mode. After the account is registered, the [asset private key] and [account private key] must be saved.
